All consultations are free.

What services do you offer the most?
Reviewing current agreements, and vendor consolidation, with the objective to find quantifiable cost reductions.

No, the agreements we offer are vendor paid. There is no obligation to utilize them.

How long does an analysis or project take?
Typically, we can compete a project within a few weeks, however this depends on the size and scope of the project. Some projects (such as taking over purchasing staff), may be ongoing.

What are the ways we could meet?
USCS is very flexible. We can meet in person, at your office, or a common meeting site, or by Teams or Zoom, whatever works for you and your schedule.

What do you need from me to conduct a savings analysis?
At USCS, after we have our first consultation, and to help us prove savings, we will confidentially need any agreements, and current pricing.

Is there a charge to utilize USCS agreements, besides the cost of the product and or service itself?
No, the agreements we offer are vendor paid. There is no obligation to utilize them.

How do you charge for your services?
USCS charges you only if we have recovered savings. We only charge a fee if you “only” require consultative or ongoing purchasing services, and that charge will be agreed upon in advance by all parties.

I am not sure if my organizational needs are too small?
United Supply Chain Solutions can help with small or national, large projects. We welcome the opportunity to discuss with you any project.

Can you work with non-profits, national organizations, and county government?
We sure can, and already are doing so!

How do you “prove” savings?
USCS will go beyond and above to show savings. Our reporting and consultative practices, provided by industry experts, will show savings, and advise on how to prevent, savings crushing, “rogue spend” along with cost reduction strategy, beyond that of the product or service.
